From exquisite international flavors to traditional pub fare, each restaurant features diverse menus accompanied by atmospheres that exemplify the Encore Boston Harbor Five-Star luxury resort experience. Fine Dining
Sinatra:
Chef Anthony Ricciardi provides modern and sophisticated riffs on the familiar classics that Frank himself would have loved. Highly allocated wine and spirits offerings are sure to catch the eye of many, and an exciting cocktail menu with playful names reflect songs by Ol' Blue Eyes himself. Sinatra can be found in the Garden Lobby and will be open for dinner nightly 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Bar opens at 4 p.m. daily.
 
Rare Steakhouse:
The steakhouse experience is redefined with Chef Taylor Kearney's creative classics. Rare Steakhouse offers the most curated and unique steak program in New England. Located in the East Esplanade, guests can enjoy sunning views that overlook Encore's Harborwalk while sipping on contemporary and vintage cocktails and proprietary spirits paired perfectly with each dish. Rare Steakhouse will be open for dinner nightly 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Bar opens at 4 p.m. daily.
 
Mystique:
Mystique features shareable Asian-inspired cuisine and sushi in a stunningly sexy atmosphere against the backdrop of the Boston skyline. Located in Encore's West Esplanade, open kitchens add to the energy of a room radiating in vibe that only grows as the evening advances. Guests can enjoy dinner nightly 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., with guests ages 21+ welcomed after 9 p.m. Patio seating is available seasonally.
 
Casual Dining
Red 8:
Chef Ivan Yuen masterfully blends the flavors of China with Western techniques to create a singularly delicious cuisine. Along with Cantonese and Dim Sum classics, you will find flavors of Shanghai and Sichuan as well as decadent Peking-style duck. Located on the South Gaming Floor, guests will also enjoy Red 8's tropical and exotic flavors across the cocktail menu Sunday thru Thursday 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday to Saturday 11:30 a.m. to 3 a.m.
 
On Deck Burger Bar:
Chef Jacqueline Bullio's gourmet burgers and American sports bar favorites come together at the best place to catch a game in Boston. Guests can find local craft beers and as well as their favorite national selections alongside a creative cocktail menu. This energetic restaurant can be found in the Upper East Mezzanine Sunday thru Thursday 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. Guests that are ages 21+ can enjoy late night hours after 9 p.m.
 
Fratelli:
Hanover Street comes to Encore Boston Harbor with Southern Italian cooking. There is no-one better than local operators, Frank DePasquale and Nick Varano, to honor Boston's North End. Open on the North Gaming Floor 10 a.m. to 4 a.m. daily, make sure you save room for cannoli.
