Encore Boston Harbor Hosting Several Vendor Fairs for Local, Minority, Women and Veteran-Owned Businesses

EVERETT, MA (September 25, 2018) — Encore Boston Harbor is hosting several department-specific vendor fairs this fall for local, minority, women and veteran-owned businesses interested in supplying goods and services needed to operate the $2.5 billion, five-star resort in Everett. As the largest single-phase private development in the history of Massachusetts, Encore Boston Harbor will generate approximately $250 million dollars a year in spending on goods and services to operate and maintain the resort—with $100 million expected to be spent with local companies.

All qualified businesses are encouraged to attend the events, with preference given to those located in Everett, Malden, Medford, Boston, Chelsea, Cambridge and Somerville. Members of Encore Boston Harbor’s procurement and operations teams will be on-site to meet one-on-one with interested companies and discuss bid opportunities.

Interested companies can register for the Encore Boston Harbor Vendor Fairs listed below by visiting: www.encorevendors.eventbrite.com. Please note that prior to conducting business, all vendors must first be registered with both the Massachusetts Gaming Commission and Encore Boston Harbor.
