Encore Boston Harbor Announces December Master Class, Wine Dinner, and Holiday Meal Schedule

EVERETT, MA (December 4, 2019) – With the holiday season upon us, Encore Boston Harbor announces seasonally inspired Master Classes, holiday meals and an exceptional pairing  dinner for the month of December.
 
"Our guests have been enjoying our wine dinner and Master Class series," said Executive Director of Food and Beverage at Encore Boston Harbor. "We're looking forward to providing a festive spin on each of these, as well as introducing some exciting holiday meals we think our patrons will love."
 
Holiday Lunches at Sinatra – For the first three Thursdays and Fridays in December, Sinatra will be open from 12 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. for special holiday lunches. Chef T.J. Ricciardi has created a three-course lunch menu for only $29 along with an a la carte menu with items including grilled octopus and Maine lobster. Thursday, December 5: Holiday Mixology at Garden Café – Resort mixologist, Adam Dennis, and members of the beverage team will conduct an interactive tutorial of holiday inspired cocktails. This detailed class will include an explanation of the spirits and accentuating elements that are used to construct the libations of choice. Hands-on use of tools and one-on-one instruction of the techniques used to shake, stir or blend these concoctions will make for an informative and fun activity. Saturday, December 7: Cookie Decorating at Sinatra – Executive pastry chef Joel Reno, will lead a class on decorating cookies with royal icing. From cookie dough selection to baking secrets, guests will learn how to execute these techniques at home. Guests will leave with freshly baked and professionally decorated cookies created by Encore's pastry team. This event will be held from 10 a.m. until noon. Wednesday, December 11: Holiday Wreath-Making at Garden Café – Join the Encore Boston Harbor floral team to learn how to create the perfect holiday wreath. Guests will be supplied with a wreath and materials to use while experts share tips and techniques for designing whimsical creations. Once the course is complete, patrons will be able to take their wreaths home to enjoy with friends and family. This event is held from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. and is $150 per person. Thursday, December 12: Sinatra's Birthday Celebration Dinner at Sinatra - In celebration of Frank's birthday on Thursday, Dec. 12., Sinatra will host a special evening featuring cocktails, live entertainment and some of Ol' Blue Eye's favorite dishes. The evening will begin at Garden Lounge followed by a four-course meal prepared by chef T.J. Ricciardi. Tickets are $125 per person. To reserve a seat, please call (857) 770-3310.
 
Wednesday, December 18: Louis XIII Pairing Dinner at Rare - Encore's popular wine dinner series continues in December with a slight twist with esteemed Cognac, Louis XIII taking center stage at Rare Steakhouse. Guests will enjoy a five-course meal prepared by property executive chef Joseph Leibowitz. Each course will be paired with a global wine selection and guests will have the opportunity to experience the world's most prestigious Cognac - Louis XIII. Tickets are $195. Tuesday, December 24: Feast of Seven Fishes Christmas Eve Dinner at Sinatra - Join Sinatra in celebrating the traditional Italian-American Feast of the Seven Fishes Christmas Eve Dinner. Chef T.J. Ricciardi has developed an exquisite menu of coastal flavors of Italy including wood-grilled cuttlefish risotto, pasta with salt cod and capon magro. Wednesday, December 25: Christmas Day Menus at Garden Cafe, Sinatra and Rare - Garden Cafe, Sinatra and Rare will serve festive Christmas Day menus in addition to regular a la carte items. Starting at 11 a.m. Garden Cafe will serve a three-course dinner including prime rib for $39.99. Between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. Sinatra will offer holiday additions to its menu including baked lobster pasta and halibut pot pie. Also, between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m., Rare will be serving a holiday plate for $42, including Berkshire pork crown roast and whipped potatoes. To make a reservations, call (857) 770-DINE.
